What you will do
- Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Gaming Apps, and other channels
- Edit long-form and short-form videos including YouTube content, Meta ads, hooks, cutdowns, and UGC-style edits
- Create motion graphics and light animations to bring designs to life
- Collaborate with marketers to analyze performance metrics and iterate on creative assets
- Pitch and test new visual concepts and campaign ideas from a senior strategic perspective
- Manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in Vilnius 4 days/week or hybrid/remote in Kaunas with office visits
- Senior-level experience in graphic design and video editing within performance marketing
- Proficiency in After Effects
- Strong understanding of Meta ad performance and creative strategy
- Use of data and AI tools to optimize visuals
- Fluent communication in English and Lithuanian
