What you will do

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders across Engineering, Research Engineering, Product, and G&A.
  • Continuously improve and scale recruiting processes.
  • Equip hiring teams with the tools, training, and best practices needed to attract and assess world-class talent.
  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene in Ashby and provide clear, actionable reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop fluency in complex technical domains and engage credibly with senior technical candidates.
  • Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
