What you will do

  • Produce end-to-end 3D content, including scenes, animations, and renders for UA video ads using Blender.
  • Develop and maintain scalable 3D templates to accelerate creative production across multiple game titles.
  • Create automation scripts in Python and After Effects expressions to streamline creative workflows.
  • Implement simulation setups, procedural shaders, and particle effects for high-impact creative content.
  • Research and integrate cutting-edge AI tools for asset generation and production efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to the creative team to resolve production bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in 3D production, technical art, or motion design.
  • Expert proficiency in Blender covering modeling, animation, simulation, and rendering.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for compositing and template creation.
  • Proven ability to develop automation tools using Python scripting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the hiring location as no relocation or visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
