What you will do

  • Design and implement context infrastructure systems optimized for AI agents on top of Redis.
  • Ship features rapidly with startup-level velocity within a well-resourced company.
  • Contribute directly to product direction and roadmap decisions.
  • Write clean, performant, production-grade Go code and set quality standards.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools and workflows daily.
  • Own your domain end-to-end with high autonomy and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience with production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Go programming language.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic systems.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows and agentic coding tools.
  • High ownership and autonomy in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a distributed global team.

Nice to have

  • Founder or zero-to-one product experience.
  • Experience with data infrastructure, streaming systems like Kafka, Flink, or Redis.
  • Background in ML infrastructure, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML or data infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern deployment practices.
