What you will do

  • Participate in the CXR Pathway Program to build professional financial services knowledge
  • Complete required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licensing
  • Deliver outstanding support to users via chat, email, and phone
  • Identify and advocate for product or service improvements based on user feedback
  • Transition into a registered broker role within a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant financial services experience
  • Resilience and commitment to complete the 26-week licensing program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Strong independent judgment and adaptability
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Nice to have

  • Existing FINRA SIE license
  • Prior experience in customer support
