What you will do
- Participate in the CXR Pathway Program to build professional financial services knowledge
- Complete required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licensing
- Deliver outstanding support to users via chat, email, and phone
- Identify and advocate for product or service improvements based on user feedback
- Transition into a registered broker role within a high-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant financial services experience
- Resilience and commitment to complete the 26-week licensing program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Strong independent judgment and adaptability
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Nice to have
- Existing FINRA SIE license
- Prior experience in customer support
