What you will do

  • Own and deliver brand design work across campaigns, digital assets, presentations, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Create compelling visual concepts aligned with JOIN’s brand.
  • Contribute to the evolution of JOIN’s brand system, building consistency while keeping room for creativity and speed.
  • Collaborate with Growth and other teams to develop high-quality and effective campaign assets.
  • Bring structure to design execution by thinking in systems.
  • Translate briefs into thoughtful design solutions with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand system thinking across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience working in campaign-driven marketing environments and in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Confidence owning projects from brief to final delivery.
  • Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and thoughtfully.

Nice to have

  • Motion design skills.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Growth teams.
  • Basic performance data literacy and curiosity about what makes creative work effective.
