What you will do
- Own and deliver brand design work across campaigns, digital assets, presentations, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Create compelling visual concepts aligned with JOIN’s brand.
- Contribute to the evolution of JOIN’s brand system, building consistency while keeping room for creativity and speed.
- Collaborate with Growth and other teams to develop high-quality and effective campaign assets.
- Bring structure to design execution by thinking in systems.
- Translate briefs into thoughtful design solutions with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand system thinking across multiple touchpoints.
- Experience working in campaign-driven marketing environments and in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Confidence owning projects from brief to final delivery.
- Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and consistency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and thoughtfully.
