Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Work from the office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.

  • Work with Asana customers across various industries, functions, and stages of their customer journey.
  • Drive customer outcomes through discovery, change management consulting, and design workshops.
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient Asana champions, focusing on long-term success, value realization, and retention.
  • Co-create strategies and plays with cross-functional partners to drive engagement and achieve adoption and retention results.
  • Proactively partner with Sales and Renewals to identify at-risk accounts, provide customer insights, and highlight expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of your customers, providing feedback to the Product team and broader business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in an Account Management or Customer Success role.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
  • Solid and concise communication skills for all audiences.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and effective in ambiguous, changing environments.
  • Driven, process-oriented, and able to balance competing priorities.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
