Huzzle is hiring a Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable automation systems and product infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments and expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel
- Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience connecting CRMs with email platforms, calendars, payments, and project tools
- Data structuring experience using Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Experience implementing AI into workflows and business processes
- Strong documentation skills (SOPs, user guides, technical specs)
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
- Strong product thinking (scalability, UX, maintainability, build vs. buy decisions)
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
