What you will do

  • Implement and configure live game content including events, offers, and monetization features.
  • Manage the end-to-end LiveOps calendar, including regular content updates, patches, and expansions.
  • Perform configuration checks and support A/B testing to validate performance before release.
  • Document features and prepare structured specifications for development and marketing teams.
  • Analyze participation and retention metrics to refine content strategies based on player data.
  • Collaborate across development, marketing, and QA teams to execute high-impact live strategies.

Requirements

  • English: B2+ level required
  • Solid technical writing skills and ability to produce structured documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Understanding of remote configuration principles and feature flag systems.
  • Basic proficiency with JSON or configuration structures.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing logic and data analysis tools.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience designing and balancing live operations and events.
  • Experience working with admin panels or backend configuration tools.
