What you will do

  • Own and manage Komodo's conference and event calendar, evaluating sponsorship and participation opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of company presence at trade shows, field events, and Komodo Summit.
  • Design the attendee experience across all touchpoints, including booth, on-site activations, and executive dinners.
  • Manage all logistics, including venue sourcing, contracting, F&B, AV production, and on-site staffing.
  • Partner with revenue marketing and product marketing to align event strategy, promotion, content, and pipeline coordination.
  • Define and track KPIs, deliver post-event reports, and build event playbooks to optimize future investments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B event management experience with a strong track record in trade shows and owned field events.
  • Healthcare, life sciences, or health tech experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle chaos with resilience and maintain relentless attention to detail.
  • Deeply operational experience, personally owning RFPs, venue contracts, BEOs, AV production, and budget management for large-scale programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills to align sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
