TL;DR

Advanced Analyst (Fintech): Supporting operational governance for a global Investments and Distribution Services (IDS) organization with an accent on data-driven insights, continuous improvement, and strategic initiative support. Focus on optimizing data collection, strengthening communication engagement, and aligning critical initiatives within financial services.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, with at least four full days each week in the office.

What you will do

  • Assist with maintaining and documenting annual operating goals and initiatives, including regular progress updates and reporting.
  • Support coordination and logistics for employee communications.
  • Collect, organize, and prepare data and metrics for reporting across the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of data collection, storage, and delivery.
  • Support team members on projects and initiatives, leading small efforts or components of larger ones.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen alignment of critical initiatives and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management or related experience in Financial Services.
  • Experience working in a global business environment across regions.
  • Hands-on experience in data/analytics, project management, or continuous improvement.
  • Ability to navigate challenges and drive resolution across business areas with support.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in developing high-impact presentations for executive-level audiences.
  • Background in Investment Operations, Distribution, or Project Management.
