What you will do
- Advocate for user interests within the product team and take full ownership of designs through to production.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user problems and market needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and analysts to validate features and track performance metrics.
- Design and test solutions, focusing on clarity and effectiveness under unstable conditions.
- Create final mockups and maintain the design library components.
- Organize and analyze AB tests to iterate on product effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product design.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Expert-level skills in Figma.
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within an Agile/Scrum environment.
