What you will do

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for channel partners in the US.
  • Develop and execute the channel technical enablement plan including demo accreditation and training.
  • Support partner pre-sales teams in customer meetings, discovery, and POV delivery.
  • Collaborate with partner managers to align on business priorities and technical strategy.
  • Help partners design and refine service offerings integrated with Nexthink solutions.
  • Represent Nexthink at industry events, webinars, and partner marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting, ideally with SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of enabling channel partners or VARs.
  • Deep understanding of Digital Experience Monitoring, EUC, ITIL, and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong value-selling skills and executive-level communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically throughout the USA for partner and client visits.
  • Independent working style with strong time management skills.

  • Experience in IT operations management or professional services for enterprise software.
  • Background in presenting technical roadmaps to diverse stakeholder groups.
