What you will do

  • Define and track core product KPIs aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Design and oversee experimentation strategy, including A/B testing and performance tracking.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product researchers to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Partner directly with product leadership to inform product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization within a product-focused environment.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, dbt, Excel, and visualization software such as Tableau.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or engineering field.
  • Must be located in Spain.
