What you will do
- Define and track core product KPIs aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Guide cross-functional teams in utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies.
- Design and oversee experimentation strategy, including A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with product researchers to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Partner directly with product leadership to inform product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization within a product-focused environment.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, dbt, Excel, and visualization software such as Tableau.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or engineering field.
- Must be located in Spain.
