Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ITSM Platform Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in ITSM platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar).
- Proven experience in platform customization, scripting, and API integrations.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
- Proactivity and dynamism; organizational and communication skills.
