What you will do
- Provide quality system administration support for Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and associated integrations.
- Manage project configurations, permissions, custom fields, and complex workflows.
- Configure and test Atlassian plug-ins to enhance platform capabilities and automation.
- Develop advanced JQL queries, dashboards, and automated triggers using Webhooks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize business processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure a healthy, governed application environment.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in Atlassian administration.
- Strong experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management (including Assets), and Confluence.
- Skilled in JSM portal configuration and workflow automation.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology lifecycle.
- Proven ability to establish process governance and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
