What you will do

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems primarily in Python.
  • Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments using GCP (preferred), AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Toggle between high-stakes projects, moving seamlessly from building products from the ground up to solving complex challenges for large enterprises.
  • Work across both the startup ecosystem and the enterprise world, gaining deep business acumen.
  • Join the Investment Council and help decide which companies to back next.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
  • High proficiency in Python (e.g., Django) and experience with cloud infrastructure (IaC), preferably GCP.
  • Experience working as a consultant or across various projects and thriving in the journey from Startup to Enterprise.
  • Interest in the "why" behind the code and how it creates value.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Keen interest in AI/ML.
  • Experience or interest in collaborating with React/Next.js experts.
  • Experience building products from scratch in a startup environment.
