Apprenticeship Global Influencer Marketing (Beauty): Supporting the Global IM-PR/Event Manager in building and coordinating PR & Influence strategies for Lancaster Monaco worldwide with an accent on influencer marketing, digital marketing, and event coordination. Focus on managing influencer databases, developing creative activations, and analyzing campaign results.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France. Starting September 2026. This role requires the ability to work closely with direct manager based in Paris offices.

What you will do

  • Support the IM-PR/Event Manager in building and coordinating global PR & Influence strategies for Lancaster Monaco.
  • Conduct regular competitive monitoring in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Assist in developing global influencer strategies and activations.
  • Manage influencer databases and profile searches using Traackr platforms.
  • Support the execution of international events and develop local event guidelines.
  • Assist in developing communication tools like press kits and press releases.

Requirements

  • Must be available for 1 year starting September 2026.
  • Minimum Bac +4/5 (Business school in Marketing, Communication, or Luxury management).
  • 1-2 previous internships/work experience, ideally in beauty/luxury communication or marketing.
  • Strong aesthetics, analytical skills, and understanding of the social media ecosystem.
  • Fluent in French & English with excellent business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Traackr and DMR is a plus.
  • An apprentice agreement provided by your school is mandatory.
