What you will do

  • Analyze and improve client back-office processes to increase efficiency and mitigate operational risk.
  • Manage the implementation and configuration of Calypso platforms to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Partner with clients to deliver training, support, and best practice methodologies for back-office operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including periodic on-site visits, to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure that all back-office activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in back-office operations or consulting within the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of trade lifecycle management, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience implementing or managing financial software platforms, with specific preference for Calypso.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL or scripting tools for financial systems.
  • Knowledge of global financial regulations and product accounting.
  • Portuguese language skills.
