What you will do

  • Generate and manage a self-sourced sales pipeline through outbound activities and inbound lead conversion.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Engage with multi-stakeholder groups including technical, security, and executive decision-makers.
  • Develop and present value-based commercial proposals aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM data hygiene.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions and managing full sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and tender processes.
  • Strong outbound capability with a track record of building and managing a pipeline.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience selling into engineering, industrial, or compliance-driven sectors.
