What you will do
- Generate and manage a self-sourced sales pipeline through outbound activities and inbound lead conversion.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Engage with multi-stakeholder groups including technical, security, and executive decision-makers.
- Develop and present value-based commercial proposals aligned with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM data hygiene.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions and managing full sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and tender processes.
- Strong outbound capability with a track record of building and managing a pipeline.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience selling into engineering, industrial, or compliance-driven sectors.
