What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable cloud services using Go in a cloud-native environment
  • Build reusable platform components and frameworks for GenAI and agentic AI use-cases
  • Develop and operate secure LLM deployments in cloud and on-prem environments
  • Create deep integrations with internal enterprise systems and frameworks for connectors
  • Build high-performance data processing pipelines for document handling and retrieval-augmented generation
  • Engineer agentic workflows and autonomous agent capabilities with minimal human intervention
  • Engage with internal users to understand requirements and provide technical consultation
  • Own features end-to-end including deployment, operation, and on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Bucharest, Romania (hybrid work)
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Go or modern backend languages
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of LLM integrations, AI/ML platforms, multithreading, concurrency, and API design
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience as a technical or team lead
  • Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation
