What you will do

  • Provide technical expertise on DELL’s full portfolio.
  • Support the sales team in partner enablement, technical presentations and demos.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market initiatives.
  • Guide partners through solution design, architecture, and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive technical enablement sessions, workshops, and certifications for reseller partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a presales, technical consultant, or system engineer role, ideally within IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments.
  • Solid knowledge of networking, server, and storage architectures.
  • DELL certifications are highly preferred; other vendor certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English – stronger English skills are considered a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to continuously learn and grow in the ICT space.
