What you will do
- Manage a globally distributed team of Solution Architects and Solution Engineers.
- Lead technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities, including product education, solution architecture, implementation, and onboarding.
- Maintain client relationships by understanding business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering Teams to contribute to new product features.
- Provide data and feedback on go to market strategies.
- Manage the DDQ / RFx process.
Requirements
- 12+ years in an enterprise client facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
- Familiarity with multiple coding and scripting languages including javascript and typescript.
- Understanding of web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs.
- Experience in pre-sales, post-sales and professional services.
- Experience with global customers across tiers and market segments.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
