What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Management to define value propositions and contribute to the product marketing roadmap.
- Define target customer segments and develop personas through research and data analysis.
- Develop and test research-based positioning and messaging strategies.
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for new products and features.
- Develop enablement and marketing materials for various stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize Competitive Intelligence materials.
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of experience in GTM planning and solid understanding of PMM frameworks.
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling data-based storytelling.
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
