What you will do

  • Oversee the creation, review, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Execute and manage contracts to ensure terms are fulfilled as intended and deliverables are met.
  • Analyze contract language to confirm technical viability, legal soundness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk and maintaining compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contract-related risks by collaborating with legal, finance, and risk management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, compliance, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze legal and financial documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a corporate legal, procurement, or risk management environment.
  • Certification such as Juris Doctorate (JD) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of contract law or regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to the industry.
