What you will do

  • Design RF ICs using RF CMOS and SOI processes
  • Develop and verify analog and RF circuits
  • Perform EM simulations using HFSS, Clarity, and EMX
  • Conduct AMS (Analog and Mixed Signal) verification
  • Execute layout tasks using Cadence flow including LVS, DRC, and xRC

Requirements

  • MSEE degree and over 7 years of experience required; Ph.D. preferred
  • Experience with RF IC design using RF CMOS and SOI process
  • Deep understanding of analog and RF circuits, device physics, and cellular wireless communication systems
  • Experience with EM simulation tools such as HFSS, Clarity, and EMX
  • Experience with AMS verification and Cadence layout flow
  • Must be located in Seoul, South Korea (onsite)
