  • Drive async decision-making and documentation by utilizing AI to streamline technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and business partners to shape the product roadmap.
  • Engage in a low-process environment that emphasizes trust, autonomy, and high-impact shipping.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows to maintain complex software systems.
  • Expertise in designing technical guardrails and feedback loops for AI-driven development.
  • Experience with or willingness to master distributed system development in Scala.
