What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across U.S. and LATAM markets.
- Partner with department leads to define hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Lead candidate engagement, screening, interviews, and offer management to ensure a high-touch experience.
- Implement and maintain inclusive hiring practices and ensure compliance with regional employment regulations.
- Leverage data and ATS metrics to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and overall recruiting efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and utilize automation to support rapid organizational scaling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle hiring in both the U.S. and Latin America.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is required for this role.
- Strong expertise in U.S. employment laws and candidate hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and candidate sourcing tools.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
