What you will do

  • Define business requirements across GTM functions to develop impactful enablement solutions.
  • Create and manage learning content for global teams to support enablement at scale.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Services, and Support teams to build high-impact Client Success onboarding.
  • Design and implement training programs for new product launches and certifications.
  • Lead strategy and content for the new Partner Portal.
  • Collaborate on deploying Showpad to manage content delivery throughout the client lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in L&D, Client Success, or Sales Enablement.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver educational programs to drive customer adoption.
  • Experience as a strategic partner to leaders and team members.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with experience building enablement blueprints.
  • Excellent command of English for large-scale corporate communication.
