What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services.
- Implement high-performance, reliable, and secure APIs to support core marketplace functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across services.
- Integrate external services and continuously improve existing solutions with scalability, maintainability, and business goals in mind.
Requirements
- Strong background in backend development with PHP, preferably using Symfony.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and designing efficient data models.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kafka, caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with payment systems, PSP integrations, or transaction-heavy platforms is a strong advantage.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher for daily communication.
