What you will do

  • Define and implement innovative loyalty strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and foster brand advocacy.
  • Design, launch, and manage the Zoox loyalty program from the ground up, creating a world-class experience.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year loyalty program roadmap, outlining key milestones and strategic initiatives.
  • Own all marketing promotions, including strategy, planning, execution, budget, tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new loyalty opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, customer promotions, customer retention, or a related role.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling a customer loyalty program from concept to execution.
  • Direct experience managing promotional campaigns and marketing budgets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable).
