What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within your stream.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the interview process.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for engineering roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive effective hiring decisions.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and accurate records within the ATS.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment.
- English: B2+ level required for international team collaboration.
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn or GetMatch.
- Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
