What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within your stream.
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the interview process.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for engineering roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive effective hiring decisions.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and accurate records within the ATS.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment.
  • English: B2+ level required for international team collaboration.
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn or GetMatch.
  • Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
