What you will do
- Own and manage the outbound technology stack including HubSpot and Aircall configurations.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track outbound activities, conversion rates, and KPIs.
- Research, identify, and segment qualified broker prospects to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Optimize outbound sequences and workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues with integrations, automations, and tracking systems.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to define and refine prospect targeting criteria.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Full-time availability during 9am–6pm EST.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Background in Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps with direct experience in outbound operations.
- Experience with calling tools and their integration with CRM systems.
- Proven startup experience building operational systems from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Experience with ZoomInfo or Apollo.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Interest in AI tools for operational efficiency.
