What you will do

  • Own and manage the outbound technology stack including HubSpot and Aircall configurations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track outbound activities, conversion rates, and KPIs.
  • Research, identify, and segment qualified broker prospects to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Optimize outbound sequences and workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues with integrations, automations, and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to define and refine prospect targeting criteria.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Full-time availability during 9am–6pm EST.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Background in Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps with direct experience in outbound operations.
  • Experience with calling tools and their integration with CRM systems.
  • Proven startup experience building operational systems from the ground up.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ZoomInfo or Apollo.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Interest in AI tools for operational efficiency.
