What you will do
- Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support partnering with sales and customer success teams.
- Deliver Proof of Value (POV) engagements and present threat intelligence reports to technical and executive audiences.
- Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
- Act as the primary technical contact between clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Drive revenue growth and product adoption through technical expertise and client relationship building.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Arabic, fluency in French is desirable.
- Established experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, network and security devices/systems (Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment and meet deadlines.
