What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts and engineers, including performance reviews and career development.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytics and CDP use cases.
  • Oversee the development of BI dashboards and interpret data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy through rigorous audits, documentation, and privacy-first tracking practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, tag management, and data platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in GA4 tagging, configuration, and reporting.
  • Proven experience with GTM or Tealium and Salesforce CDP / Data Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in audience segmentation and people management.
  • Strong understanding of consent, privacy, and data governance practices.
