What you will do

  • Lead and oversee the integrated Marcomms strategy across products, verticals, and geographies.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of high-performing marketers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to nail brand and product positioning.
  • Manage agency relationships and freelancers to ensure best ROI and quality.
  • Ensure effective financial performance by tracking ROI of campaigns and adhering to budgets.
  • Use AI tools to enhance storytelling capabilities across all channels.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
  • Proven background leading teams and managing high-stakes PR or brand communications.
  • Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following: PR, social media, blogging, events, or email marketing.
  • Top-class literacy and high proficiency in working with data to measure impact.
  • Must be able to attend the London office for hybrid collaboration.

  • Experience in scaling communication strategies within international tech startups.
