Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Mainframe Developer with a focus on Cobol.
- Strong understanding of mainframe environments, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
