What you will do

  • End-to-end partnership ownership for a top-tier sports partnership.
  • Strategic value extraction from contractual entitlements.
  • Lead third-party agencies for physical execution of fan zones and stadium build-outs.
  • Oversee the run-of-show during matches and activations.
  • Act as a bridge between external partners and internal teams.
  • Define and track KPIs, translating them into strategic reports.

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing high-stakes brand partnerships within major sports leagues or entertainment.
  • Experience navigating tough professional relationships and delivering results under pressure.
  • Hybrid strategic/tactical mindset with experience in both long-term planning and hands-on execution.
  • Proven experience selecting and managing creative or production agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, including content shoots, VIP hospitality, and stadium logistics.
  • Strong understanding of the local South Florida event production ecosystem.
