What you will do

  • Participate in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension data migrations and Service onboardings, including analysis, mapping, testing, and deployment.
  • Document client requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying process improvements.
  • Customize the data migration / onboarding processes to meet individual client requirements.
  • Support the client in the execution of test cases, troubleshooting, and resolving data migration issues.
  • Provide documentation of migration data and reconciliations to support internal audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the data migration team to optimize the process and serve as a global knowledge center.

Requirements

  • Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the financial industry at asset managers, fund managers, insurers, or banks.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and products, financial markets, and investment accounting (Debits and Credits).
  • Solid analytical experience, including trade break / cash break investigations and reconciliation of portfolios / holdings.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be based in Mexico City to work 2 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

  • General Business Analysis / Project Management exposure.
  • High-level understanding of requirements gathering sessions and project lifecycle.
  • Experience working on projects in a tight and collaborative team servicing clients globally.
  • Ability to switch between contexts and manage constantly changing client priorities.
  • Flexibility to accept occasional weekend work / nonstandard hours (with additional compensation).
  • Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Italian, Nordics).
