What you will do

  • Serve as focal point for development, execution, and sustainment of NGA GEOINT Certification Program per DoD policy.
  • Plan and document program requirements for certification and accreditation within NGA processes.
  • Coordinate resource requirements and workforce development costs for GEOINT certification.
  • Develop evaluation methods to measure program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate position reviews to categorize GEOINT roles within certification framework.
  • Engage with NGA and NSG leadership to support strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
  • 7+ years supporting GEOINT tradecraft development or workforce initiatives.
  • 5+ years managing credentialing or certification program functions.
  • Experience with external accreditation standards and regulatory frameworks including ADA compliance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with third-party credentialing organizations (ICE, NCCA).
  • Experience within U.S. Intelligence Community and NGA/NSG support.
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community classification markings and handling procedures.
