What you will do
- Serve as focal point for development, execution, and sustainment of NGA GEOINT Certification Program per DoD policy.
- Plan and document program requirements for certification and accreditation within NGA processes.
- Coordinate resource requirements and workforce development costs for GEOINT certification.
- Develop evaluation methods to measure program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate position reviews to categorize GEOINT roles within certification framework.
- Engage with NGA and NSG leadership to support strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- 7+ years supporting GEOINT tradecraft development or workforce initiatives.
- 5+ years managing credentialing or certification program functions.
- Experience with external accreditation standards and regulatory frameworks including ADA compliance.
Nice to have
- Experience with third-party credentialing organizations (ICE, NCCA).
- Experience within U.S. Intelligence Community and NGA/NSG support.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community classification markings and handling procedures.
