What you will do
- Manage and optimize large-scale budgets for Facebook to achieve defined ROI.
- Lead a team of media buyers, performance creatives, and designers.
- Conduct market and customer research to develop new testing and scaling strategies.
- Test and manage other paid social channels like TikTok, Twitter, Native Ads, and Pinterest.
- Play an important role in project success and take responsibility for decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Meta media buying.
- Skilled in strategizing, planning, and goal achievement.
- Familiarity with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Northbeam).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to prioritize workflow effectively.
- Strong English skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital eCommerce.
- Copywriting skills to create short and compelling ad copy.
