What you will do

  • Partner with Data Engineering, Product, and Eventing teams to define the technical roadmap and architecture for the next-generation data platform.
  • Lead large-scale programs from definition through launch, ensuring measurable impact and cross-team alignment.
  • Design and evolve reliable data ingestion, orchestration, and distribution patterns for analytics and ML workloads.
  • Develop program management frameworks to bring clarity, consistency, and efficient execution guardrails to engineering teams.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional trade-offs to maintain delivery momentum.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in mid-size or large organizations.
  • Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps and deliver outcomes on time.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Strong background in risk management, strategic planning, and technical problem-solving.
  • Experience with API design, Databricks, Spark, or GraphQL is highly preferred.
