What you will do

  • Define and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for a specific product category.
  • Develop and manage SKU-level demand forecasts using statistical tools and market intelligence.
  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings with senior executives to present plans, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock through corrective actions.
  • Manage full product lifecycle transitions from New Product Introduction to End of Life.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and regional supply chain teams to align business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Data Science.
  • Proven experience in S&OP processes required.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with advanced analytics and AI applications.
  • Ability to make high-impact decisions based on incomplete or uncertain data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership of category-level outcomes.
