What you will do
- Design and implement customer engagement, onboarding, and success frameworks for enterprise clients
- Build and maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders at large enterprises
- Combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to improve customer success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Go-to-market, and ML teams to integrate customer feedback into company roadmap
- Own account health and drive net expansion by identifying new strategic opportunities
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden
- Experience in GTM, customer success, or customer-facing roles with process establishment
- Background in fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or management consulting with enterprise clients
- Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills
- Data-driven decision making and comfort with metrics
