What you will do

  • Design and implement customer engagement, onboarding, and success frameworks for enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders at large enterprises
  • Combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to improve customer success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Go-to-market, and ML teams to integrate customer feedback into company roadmap
  • Own account health and drive net expansion by identifying new strategic opportunities

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden
  • Experience in GTM, customer success, or customer-facing roles with process establishment
  • Background in fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or management consulting with enterprise clients
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills
  • Data-driven decision making and comfort with metrics
