What you will do

  • Review localization requests, prepare assignments, and determine appropriate deadlines and resources.
  • Become an expert in the translation management system by maintaining glossaries and leveraging Translation Memory.
  • Maintain and improve the localization request system, tools, and processes.
  • Plan and implement innovative communications and events to drive volunteer team capacity growth.
  • Represent localization and global community needs in cross-functional team meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve current support tools and identify pain points.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and programs.
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
