What you will do

  • Define and evolve the global Workplace Technology strategy across Identity, EUC, Collaboration, and Communications.
  • Serve as the final technical authority on architectural decisions, standards, and design patterns.
  • Lead architecture and design for complex, cross-platform solutions including M365, endpoints, and security stacks.
  • Drive the adoption of automation, infrastructure-as-code, and observability principles.
  • Evaluate and introduce emerging capabilities, including Generative AI and Zero Trust models.
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on technical trade-offs and business value.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of IT experience with 15+ years in senior architectural positions in large, global environments (100,000+ users).
  • Expert-level capability in at least two domains: Identity & Security, End-User Computing, or Collaboration & Communications.
  • Deep mastery of cloud-native and hybrid workplace architectures.
  • Significant hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Proven ability to design solutions aligned with compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Practical experience applying Generative AI within productivity or workplace ecosystems.
