Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $100,000-$160,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Implement and evolve pricing and packaging frameworks, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing optimization.
  • Serve as the central owner for all pricing and packaging efforts, spanning strategic evaluation, operational execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine pricing impact models to analyze market performance and recommend adjustments that maximize revenue.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Rev Ops, and Legal teams to ensure pricing and packaging strategies are aligned, compliant, and ready for market.
  • Govern go-to-market processes related to commercialization to ensure every launch meets pricing, packaging, and value criteria.
  • Establish feedback loops to inform future pricing and packaging adjustments, embedding best practices into ongoing commercialization activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, revenue management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and revenue optimization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Project management skills with a track record of owning initiatives from strategy through execution.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, and contract considerations in pricing and packaging.
  • Experience working with external consultants and translating strategic recommendations into operational plans.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market processes and commercialization best practices.
