What you will do

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across major paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.).
  • Manage large budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI and CAC performance.
  • Partner closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to improve funnel performance and post install metrics.
  • Manage creative testing pipelines, scaling best performing assets and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Evaluate new UA channels, technologies, and measurement frameworks to enhance acquisition efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably for mobile products.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Deep understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution models (CTIT, re attribution, SRNs, etc.).
  • Experience managing large paid budgets and optimizing campaigns towards ROI/CAC goals.
  • Proven ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Solid understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
