What you will do

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions to optimize customer interactions and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to quality standards.
  • Configure and customize Pega CDH components and integrate them with other systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of decision strategies and models.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation and development.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in delivering Pega solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Customer Service, and Pega Marketing platforms.
  • Expertise in business rules, decision strategies, and customer engagement analytics within Pega.
  • Experience integrating Pega CDH with third-party systems and data sources.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
  • Pega Decisioning or Customer Service certifications.
