What you will do
- Oversee HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in assigned countries
- Manage payroll cycles, taxation compliance, and employee payroll queries
- Monitor labor and social security law changes ensuring compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Manage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance
- Provide performance feedback and manage HR specialists' capacity
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
- 3-5+ years overall experience with 2+ years in HR service delivery
- Advanced knowledge of core HR procedures and payroll systems
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European language is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
