What you will do

  • Oversee HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in assigned countries
  • Manage payroll cycles, taxation compliance, and employee payroll queries
  • Monitor labor and social security law changes ensuring compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Manage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance
  • Provide performance feedback and manage HR specialists' capacity

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
  • 3-5+ years overall experience with 2+ years in HR service delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of core HR procedures and payroll systems
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European language is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
